My family and I love going to the Oklahoma Aquarium. We seem to find we have something new to explore each time we go visit.
This past visit I thought it would be a wonderful idea to create an Oklahoma Aquarium Scavenger Hunt for my daughters as well as for other children to take with them as an educational challenge for our next visit.
I have created a homeschool co-op in my local area and am hoping other families from this co-op will join us as we enjoy taking part in this Oklahoma Aquarium Scavenger Hunt activity.

Oklahoma Aquarium Scavenger Hunt
My family and I are teaching our children at home with parent led home based education. We study science daily in a myriad of ways. However, our main unit study is Marine Biology from The Good and the Beautiful. Being able to have passes to the Oklahoma Aquarium and encourage our daughters to learn in person by seeing, touching, exploring actual marine biology in an aquarium is wonderful. This past trip we actually read and reviewed lesson 2 of our Marine Biology Unity Study on the car ride to the Oklahoma Aquarium. It was lovely because we were able to compound elements they learned verbally with physical cognitive experience at the Aquarium.
I hope this Oklahoma Aquarium Scavenger Hunt will help a child process all of the animals they see if they are going for a single trip or over multiple trips. Seeing a lot of animals in one day is hard to recall individually.
