Farmhouse and Primitive Home Decor is so fun and easy to make on a budget! This week I made a few of these primitive and farmhouse looking bees and beeskeps from Chestnut Junction and they are so fun to make!  This bee and beeskep duo is perfect Spring and Summer decor.  I vlogged the process of making these if you are interesting in watching how these are made.

You can purchase the downloadable pattern to make your own Beeskep from Chestnut Junction’s Etsy Shop HERE.

The supplies I chose to use to make this along with her pattern are the following:

  • Folger’s Instant Coffee
  • Wal Mart Brand Cinnamon
  • Apple Barrel Craft
    • colors used: Golden Sunset, Nutmeg Brown, and Pavement.

This is a really fun and simple project that a beginner sewer can easily make successfully.  I love that this is a piece that can be out for Spring and Summer!  I also love when Prim Meets Modern.  It is one of my favorite things and this is a perfect example of that.  I think that this more older craft absolutely fits in today’s present decor style.

This also another great DIY project to make your house a home on a Dime.  To see more of my DIY on a DIME projects, click here.
