Painting Halloween Dollar Tree Signs | Beginner DIY Project

Did you know you can buy laser cut wood signs from Dollar Tree to paint for seasonal decor?? This is such a game changer for me. What a fun and inexpensive way to personalize and create your own home decor all year round. In today’s video that I am sharing I bring you along with me on a speed paint version of how I decided to paint the three signs I chose out of the stack I couldn’t resist buying. I may have bought about $10 worth of signs this Halloween and only plan on painting 3 but I have the others reserved for future projects for next year. I have heard that you can buy signs like this before from Dollar Tree but was never able to get my hands on them, but this year I think Dollar Tree really capitalized on this DIY trend and they had so much stock to choose from. If you are just now finding out about this it might not be too late! Go check your local Dollar Tree or better yet get a head start on Christmas because my local store was already putting Christmas on their shelves. These signs were a ton of fun to paint and really was a very relaxing and satisfying project to work on this past week. This is such an easy DIY project that literally anyone at any skill set can do this and have a blast making these yourselves or with your kids or with a bunch of friends. Today I will list out the colors I used right here in case you are curious about any of the colors I used or how many coats it took me to get the color you see on camera. I hope you enjoy my paint with me video and have a great time decorating for Halloween!
